I'll admit.
I've gained some weight since my double organ transplant in 2010.
Well...let's say a lot of weight.
When I went into the hospital for my transplant I weighed around 105 pounds.
When I left the hospital, two long months later, I weighed around 75 pounds.
Two years later I now weigh around 140 pounds.
Keep in mind that I'm only five feet tall. Even.
As being twenty six I have come to the conclusion that I will probably never weigh what I did in high school. A mere 98 pounds. I can only dream of ever wearing my size zero Lucky Brand jeans again.
They were my favorite when I was seventeen.
So my weight goal is around 110 pounds.
So I've got 30 pounds to lose!
So this is my plan to become a better, healthier, more fit me.
Katie 2.0
Right now I am in no shape to start all of this, especially exercising, full throttle.
So just going to start slow.
30 minutes on the Tred Mill.
Yoga once a week.
Herbalife Shakes to jump start everything.
Eating healthy. High protein. Low carbs.
So my fridge is stalked with tons of healthy grub, have my health shakes, and pulled out my old running shoes.
Sounds like a good 2.0 start to me!
