Day 1.

Food for today:

Breakfast: Nutritional Meal Shake.
Lunch: Low Fat Greek Yogurt with one medium banana and 2 tablespoons of honey.
Snack: 1 serving of Veggie Baked Wheat Thins.
Dinner: Nutritional Meal Shake.

Drinks: Lots of water with citrus.
