Day 2.

Food for today:

Breakfast: Nutritional Meal Shake
Lunch: 1/2 cup brown rice, small baked chicken breast, and corn salsa.
Snacks: 1 serving of veggie Baked Wheat Thins. Small apple with 1 tablespoon of PB.
Dinner: Nutritional Meal Shake.
Drinks: Water and iced green tea with honey.
